The Empire crew was great. They designed, programmed, and implemented a game room multi television system for gaming, movies, and sports games. They invested the time necessary to make certain it was exactly what I wanted and operated as intended. Their bid was very competitive given the complexity of my job.
They were punctual, very responsive. great group of people very personable, they will solve all of your AV/Networking/Security Needs. The bedroom drop down motorized mount they installed is phenomenal!
I cannot say enough great things about this company! I had a very unique issue with mounting a large 65-inch flat screen over a granite fireplace. I had both geek squad and Dish out…both suggested could not be done, it wouldn’t hold, too much risk, etc. Empire services said, “no problem”. They actually made it look easy. Erick and Darren were very professional, considerate, timely, and reasonably priced. They also finished much faster than I thought it would take. We are actually having them back out to consult on security cameras.
Erick and Jared were very professional and very knowledgeable and they had my Sound Bar installed in no time. They were able to answer any and all of my many questions. And they were both very thorough, and very pleasing to deal with. I would recommend them both for any A/V or electronic installation job that I needed done. FOR SURE!!!
